We exist to resource, fund, and coach ministry families in planting impact-making churches.

The Impact Community is an endorsed ministry of the United Pentecostal Church International and is an official partner of the North American Missions Department of the UPCI.

  • Founder

    Jerron and his wife, Holly, were elected Lead Pastor of Woodlawn in 2013. Prior to their election, Pastor Jerron served Woodlawn, since 2005, in student ministry and as Administrative Pastor. He is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, School of Business with an emphasis in accounting. He is the proud father of Jane-Claire, Jack, & Everly June. They are his greatest source of joy. He enjoys the outdoors through hunting and golf… Go Saints!

    Jay and Demetra were elected senior pastor of Life at Tupelo in December of 2016. Before answering the call to full-time ministry, Jay served in various ministry capacities. He is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in Construction Engineering Technology and also a Masters in Business. He is the proud father of Jayda, Jayce, & Juliana. He enjoys hunting with his son, playing basketball, racketball, golf, and going on dates with his wife and daughters.

    Serving as the Political Director for the Mississippi District United Pentecostal Church since 2013, Ron is a new leading voice on issues involving religious liberty, pro-life, family, child welfare, and criminal justice. Additionally, he serves as a strategic advisor to mid-sized companies across the state and has helped negotiate successful contracts with leaders in the private and public sectors.

    Ron has helped lead successful legislative campaigns by building strong coalitions and he continues to be an influential and dedicated bulwark at the Capitol for the faith-based community. As a result of his commitment to the faith-based community, Governor Phil Bryant appointed him as the inaugural chairman of the Mississippi Advisory Council on Faith-Based Initiatives. Expanding his circle of influence, Ron also served as an advisor to the successful campaigns of Senators Roger Wicker and Cindy Hyde-Smith.

    David Myers is the senior pastor of First Pentecostal Church in Palm Bay, Florida and is an honors graduate of Barry University School of Law. He has worked at Liberty Counsel defending religious civil liberties and enjoys traveling to third world countries for humanitarian projects as president of Hands for Healing International. He and his wife, Aimee, are blessed with three children, Gregory, Luke and Sophia.

    Jonathan B. Jones is the CEO of Jones Companies. Before becoming CEO, Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi. Immediately upon graduation, Jonathan began working as an assistant controller for the family business. Within 4 years of employment, Jonathan purchased a controlling interest in the company and was promoted to CEO.

    During Jonathan’s leadership, the company has grown to nearly 1000 employees and become the market share leader in several industries, including Jones’ development and ownership of the nation’s largest power line and pipeline subcontracting consortium.

    In 2016, he was recognized for his entrepreneurial achievements by receiving the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2016 award for Diversified and Industrial Products in the Gulf Coast Area.

    As a regional winner, Jonathan competed for national recognition amongst the most elite entrepreneurs in the country. Jonathan was the only award winner from the gulf coast region to be named a finalist at the national level. Jones competed with overall winners including Marriott, Fitbit, Mail Chimp, and Blue Apron.

    Tim Gaddy was born and raised in metropolitan Chicago, Illinois and graduated from Christian Life College in Stockton, California. Arkansas has been home since the fall of 1992. Tim served as youth pastor at Word Aflame Church in Little Rock for seven years and planted New Life Church in Cabot, Arkansas in the summer of 1999. Tim and his wife, Stacy, have two children, Madison and Landon.

    While pastoring New Life Church, Tim also serves as District Superintendent of the Arkansas District United Pentecostal Church and maintains an active speaking schedule at various meetings across North America and abroad.
